Safest Shopping Options

DOOR TO DOOR FLOORS:

COVID-19 SHOPPING OPTIONS

DOOR TO DOOR FLOORS has always provided the safest way to shop for carpet and flooring with our mobile showrooms that come to you. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and for the first time in 20 years, we are temporarily unable to do business on a handshake.  However, we are still here (or there) to serve you in the safest manner possible.  DOOR TO DOOR FLOORS has enhanced our Choose It Where You Use It shopping experience with new appointment options.

Our Virtual Appointments allow us to help you plan and budget your carpet and flooring project, and reserve your place on our installation waiting list.   If your carpet and flooring project is more time sensitive, our traditional Shop-At-Home Appointments and Shop On-Site Appointments are still available with some added Social Distancing practices.  Just let us know which option works best for your needs, and we will accommodate.

Virtual Appointments:  All you need is a phone and internet access.

1. Project Overview/Estimate:  Discuss carpet and flooring ideas with your Project Manager.  They will help you estimate the square footage, and provide a price range.

2. Website Tour (Optional):  Browse our site and those of our suppliers at your leisure.

3. Virtual Appointment:  Your Project Manager will guide you directly to the right websites and product pages showing the carpet and flooring you want without the hassle of clicking through thousands of pages of the wrong styles and colors.

4. Sample Delivery/Pickup:  Your Project Manager will deliver samples to your doorstep and return to pick them up.  Or, we will ship samples to you directly from the mill.

5. Revised Estimate:  Your Project Manager will email a detailed proposal based on the flooring you love.

6. Installation Waiting List:  Your Project Manager will hold your place on our installation waiting list.

7. Confirm Measurements / Finalize Quote:  Your Project Manager will measure your project and convert your estimate to a quote.

8. Order/Schedule Installation:  Your Project Manager will place the mill order, schedule and manage the installation, and follow up to ensure your satisfaction.

Social Distancing Appointments:  Shop-At-Home or Shop On-Site (Commercial)

These are DOOR TO DOOR FLOORS’ traditional Choose It Where You Use It appointments, but our Project Managers and installers will follow our COVID-19 APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL.
